EAST SIDE TANK
The 350,000-gallon Eden Ranch Water Tank project included a tank excavated up on the hillside with an access road being built up to the tank and also the construction of a pump house building. MJM was able to install a large 50 horse power pump, pumping water up to the tank through check valves, clay valves, and necessary equipment to pump the water to the tank and then gravity feed from the tank down. All of the concrete work, piping, access roads, pump house and electrical for this water tank was completed by MJM Construction.
POL JET FUEL FACILITY
POL jet fuel facility was an existing facility located on Hill Air Force Base in Utah. The scope of this project was to redo the piping infrastructure to accommodate a new pump house for the fuel pipes, excavation for all underground and above ground gas piping including new pipe supports. The storm drain, water and sewer lines were upgraded to meet current requirements.
4042- HILL AIR FORCE BASE
This job consisted of the partial demolition of old aircraft hangers on Hill Air Force Base so that they could be remodeled and expanded to accommodate larger aircraft. MJM was able to demolish what was to be removed, while keeping some of the existing building in-tact. Also included in this renovation project were new utilities including water, sewer, storm drain, and an underground drain system designed to catch and remove any ground water that might be present.
GARDEN CITY TRUCK RAMP
After several accidents involving large trucks losing their brakes coming down Logan Canyon Road, a runaway truck ramp was finally installed. This cable catch truck ramp system is the first and only one to be constructed in the state of Utah. MJM was able to be a part of such a significant project, providing all the excavation, grading, and compaction necessary.
